Terms of Service
Last updated: September 11, 2026
Effective date: September 11, 2026.
Acceptance of these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. 615 Gates may update these terms from time to time, and the updated version is posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
What this website is
This website provides information about gate services in the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area and a form you can use to request service. It is not an online store: there is no way to buy anything, create an account, or make a payment through this site. Browsing the site does not create any obligation, and submitting the contact form does not by itself create a contract.
Requesting service
Submitting the contact form is a request, not a booking. 615 Gates reviews each request and replies to confirm next steps. An in-person estimate is provided at no cost. Sending a request does not imply any particular response time or commitment to when service will occur; timing is discussed and agreed with you directly once 615 Gates responds.
Estimates and work
Before any work begins, the scope of work and the price are confirmed with you in writing. If the scope changes once work is underway, whatever is added or changed is agreed in writing before it proceeds. Nothing on this website is an offer to perform work at a stated price; pricing is always confirmed for your specific gate and location.
Site content and intellectual property
The text, photographs, graphics, and design of this website belong to 615 Gates or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share pages of this site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, or republish site content for commercial use without written permission.
Third-party links and maps
This site may link to third-party websites and includes an embedded Google map to show the service area. Third-party sites and services are not controlled by 615 Gates, and 615 Gates is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms.
No warranty on site content
This website and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Information is kept as accurate and current as reasonably possible, but there is no guarantee that any page is complete or error-free, and details about services and service areas may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 615 Gates is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, including reliance on information found here. This section covers use of the website itself, apart from any separate written agreement covering gate work performed at your property.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold 615 Gates harmless from any claim or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your misuse of this website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any right of a third party.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from use of this website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Davidson County, Tennessee.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted, and continued use of the site after that point means you accept the updated terms.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form, the only contact channel this site publishes at this time.
